The right and duty are like blood vessels, artery and vein.
Every right must be accompanied by a corresponding duty.
A child has the right to receive education, but has the duty to study and strive.
I have the right to use and dispose of my property, but I have the duty to respect my neighbor, since not own my home and my stereo I can go crazy with noise from neighbors.
And so with each right.
But sometimes happens that some people have ingrained sense of duty, and are used by other more insidious and are thus more accountable to recharge.
One day I said angrily in the direction of a school:
"What happens is that this institution is like a horse cart, the more you stick pulls over, and always takes more crafty the easiest part.
It was the story that almost cost me a report, but had to rethink certain situations.
I reflected on the sense of duty in this special day, that of our Bicentennial as a free nation, and that freedom can only survive where they are established and complied with certain rights and duties.
