Changing the screen orientation in XP

Useful for jokes is the following curious information:

In many computers (not all) you can rotate the screen 90 º, 180 º or 270 º, just by pressing the following key combination:

CTRL + ALT + down arrow: Desktop
rotated 180 °, ie upside down
CTRL + ALT + left arrow:
Desktop rotated 90 degrees, ie, lying
CTRL + ALT + arrow RIGHT:
Desktop rotated 270 °, ie, lying to the other side
CTRL + ALT + up arrow:
Desktop rotated 0 °, ie normal

A simple movement is enough to put someone's desk upside down and hallucinate when you sit back down to the computer (turning the head to try to fix it). In fact, the forums are full of comments from people who accidentally happened to them (to go to press CTRL + ALT + DELETE, for example.) And they did not know how to get back to normal. In one case it had a baby 2 years playing with the keyboard, the child promises ...

PD. From what I read, not Windows keys are standard, but is a characteristic of the drivers. For now just know that I take the drivers from Intel. Therefore, it is more usual to work on laptops, since many drivers are built into the Intel chipset.

For the Intel Extreme, as I read on the net, can be disabled using the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \\ SOFTWARE \\ INTEL \\ Display \\ igfxcui \\ igfxsrvc \\ resources \\ 2706 REG_SZ = Y or N

The origin of numbers

" have you ever wondered why the numbers are written in the present form?

Our numbers come from those used modern by Hindus, then popularized and extended by the Arabs. The form number has a mathematical sense. Each number is drawn with a number of angles equal to the number represented. Zero, to have no angle, it is circular.

See the following chart:
Would you have liked the theory?, For I fear it is completely false. But it is a beautiful theory and I like to think that is true, that all makes sense.

Never lie down ...

... without knowing a thing. Or so the saying goes.
This blog wants to be a jumble of useless trivia and knowledge without which it could well happen, but I hope to help pass the time or provoke a smile.

years ago, much younger, I used this data to link curious. Yes, yes. Drop some of these things and if the girl said: Come on, did not know, never lie down without knowing a thing , I quickly let go: So now we can sleep? Unfortunately, it never worked and I kept all these stories now, step by step I'll tell you. Follow
