New Client Information Form Salon
I trusted and I won. I bet and benefited.
Yes, and I tell them. Because every time one of my students achieve something positive, I will also be promoted, I feel good about myself, I have garnered a new experience that made me grow a little.
And that is the life of a teacher to teach while you learn and growing.
One of my students this year, sixth grade, has been bothering everybody who has been the educational field, their conduct left much to be desired.
I have received constant complaints from her friends and classmates, kids from other grades, janitors, fellow teachers, and I've been trying all means to make this angel of mine, as I usually call my students, set aside his attitude, but without success. It was as if all advice, recommendation or call for attention to fall on deaf ears.
Then I took a risky action and waited without saying anything to anyone, including the students themselves.
two or three days ago, for deep satisfaction mine, in a break as we watched the children play, my colleagues told me: "That child
has changed a lot, and well-
" It's another person-
-Work hard and it does not bother the others
- What did you do? Did you talk with your parents? Would you put a low rating in conduct? -
I answered with the truth and full of joy:
"No, nothing like that, only I have shown that trust in him. I have since last Friday in the Weekly Behavior Report, an EXCELLENT.
I have given an unsecured claim as one firm. I have ventured. I could not go against my principles.
The boy, who is no fool, has warned that he did not won yet, because until then his conduct was not even close to being excellent.
And his next reaction after the jump with happiness when he saw that he gave his note, has been to strive to deserve it and did not go in debt to those who trusted him.
I knew, I was sure that it is good to trust the kids!.
I do not know if this can get by so long, I do know is that I, in this circumstance has given me good results.
risked and won.
Again I confirm my theory of trust.
worth taking risks.
